To send an RBM (RCS Business Message) message, a brand or enterprise must have a Sender Identity, which displays verified branding and company information to the user in the message.
Unlike SMS, RCS does not require the purchase of a long number or short code. Sinch registers these Sender Identities with suppliers on behalf of our customers, making the process of getting started with Rich Business Messaging a simple process.
For more information on RCS, visit the Sinch RCS product page.
