You can use omni-channel templates to send FriendTalk or ConsultationTalk messages on the KakaoTalk channel of the Conversation API. In either scenario, the template being used does not need to be approved by KakaoTalk.

 

Steps:

1.Go to Sinch Dashboard, find ''Conversation API'' section on the left side bar, then click'' message composer'', click '' New template'' button on the right:

2.Choose'' Omni-channel'' as type:

3.In the next step, you can name your template, select your template message and choose a region.

Note: please choose the same region as your Conversation App and Conversation API Project, for Kakao Talk please only choose''EU'' or ''US'' region.

4.You can also choose to see our pre-filled template by clicking''Browse Template''

Click on the drop-down menu, then select''Kakao Talk''

Once you are happy with your selection, click ''Confirm''

5.You can further edit your template in the next step, once you are happy with the template you can copy your ''Template ID'' for later use and ''Save Message Template''.

6.You may review and found your saved template in the ''message composer''

Note: Approved templates are only required when sending AlimTalk messages.

 

You can create omni-channel templates using the Conversation API's Message Composer or using the Template Management API.
