We noticed in the new-look of the platform, that 'Web Chat' has been set to active in settings (https://appengage.sinch.com/settings/project/channels) We havent had or enabled this in the past so wondering what the impact of this is? And should we disable this?
Also, are there any other new features or changes to existing features that we should be aware of since the change from messengerPeople to Sinch UI?
Web Chat our online chat solution is available for all of our customers by default.
This channel has always been enabled by default but it was not previously clearly stated. No impact or change needed on your side.
