2FA Setup Not Working

Hi Everyone,

 

I already setup my 2FA as it sent an OTP when I logged in. The problem is that when i go to the dashboard for the service API, it is telling me to still set it up. See below

"It looks like you have not activated two-factor authentication, please activate it before moving on.You would also need to create a number in order to receive text, you can do this here. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please reach out to support.

ACTIVATE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION"

Hi Gabriel, you might be experiencing a problem with the dashboard. We would recommend you raise a ticket with support detailing the issue you faced so it can be resolved as soon as possible.  You can find out how to do this in our Customer Support Process article.
