Smart Conversations is available to Conversation API customers. It is straight-forward to configure some of the features and setup the corresponding webhook on the Sinch Customer Dashboard.
Go to any Conversation API app for which you have enabled and configured channels. Navigate to the Smart Conversations section at the bottom of the page, press EDIT, and then toggle Enable Smart Conversations. Now you can select the feature/s to enable.
Note: It's possible to begin testing with Sentiment Analysis and Natural Language Understanding immediately. With other Smart Conversations' features, Sinch may need to customize your solution based on your business requirements. For more information, consult with your Account Manager when activating Smart Conversations features.
Once you are done selecting the features you want to enable, click SAVE. These features are now enabled on your Conversation API app.
