Yes, as a Conversation API customer, you will be able to configure your Conversation API with Smart Conversations. There is no development work to use Smart Conversations, and once you have enabled Smart Conversations, you will receive the analysis results using your configured webhook.

 

During the beta phase, this feature is available to select customers only. Contact your Sinch Account Manager or contact Sinch to request early access.
