On the Dashboard tab, Queueing Conversations shows:
- Total Conversations: the total number of conversations currently in the queue
- Matching Skills: the number of queueing conversations that match your assigned skills
- Without Skill Match: the number of queueing conversations that do not match your assigned skills.
To view each group of conversations, click on its number. The Queue tab opens with the conversation list filtered accordingly.
