New releases of Sinch Contact Pro cloud service are done quarterly and updated to all tenants by Sinch according to the schedule below.
Version upgrade is completed in two phases, Release to Test (RTT) and Release to Customer (RTC). In the RTT phase, the new release is installed into Sinch production landscape for both Sinch and customers’ test tenants. After the Field Testing phase that lasts approximately 1,5 weeks, the new release is installed into customers’ production tenants. Customers are notified separately before each update about the exact timing of the service break.
