Would it be possible to get more details in LRI API regarding contacts usage.
Like which IVR, Agent, Team, Queue, Campaign etc. generated those contacts.
So that in cases where company has several business units using the system and they need to divide the costs between each other.
The LRI is mostly used for getting billing figures in cloud. Of course could be used for another actions as well if there is a need it fulfills.

Yes, you are right. This is a workaround to get a rough estimation, but usually customers tend to split a cent 🙂
The problem is what contact is counted and billed and what contact not, because we cannot see the exact formula behind Sinch's license calculation.
