Dear colleagues,
we'd like to setup SSO with Microsoft AD as the IdP. We follow the documentation described here:
https://docs.cc.sinch.com/cloud/service-configuration/en/setting_up_sso.html?hl=sso
We know that Sinch Contact Pro can be integrated into the identity provider with SAML federation.
We have downloaded the SAML metadata file from Sinch as described in the documentation.
Does anyone have experience with the steps that we now have to do in Azure in order to get the Sinch SAML metadata file in and to do export the SAML metadata file from Azure that we can then bring back to Sinch?
This is the step we are missing.
Many Thanks,
Joachim

Hi,
Reviving an old thread/question. We're in the process of configuring CP with MS Entra as idP. If anyone has an experience with the configuration, can you please share?
Thank you,
-George

Hi George,
For private clouds or on-premise (as well as for any other cloud GCP etc.) we have the SSO that works with MS Entra as well as OneLogin. It requires no changing of the Contact Pro source code. We also have a solution for user provisioning from AD (Microsoft Entra ID).
So if you still need any help, let me know.
