Symptoms
Running Communication Panel in SAP Service Cloud (C4C) fails: Users are unable to log in to the embedded Communication Panel.
Solution
You need to allow third-party cookies in the browser.
Edge:
- Open Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Or type edge://settings/content/cookies to the address field and press Enter. - Scroll to the Allow section.
- Click Add.
- Type the CRM address https://myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/ and select Include third-party cookies on this site.
Chrome:
- Open Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
Or type chrome://settings/cookies to the address field and press Enter. - Scroll to the Sites that can always use cookies section.
- Click Add.
- Type the CRM address https://myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/ and select Including third-party cookies on this site.
