Analytics is where you can keep track of what is going on in your Engage project. You can see numbers about messages, conversations, customers, and much more.
You have two views available for seeing your analytics:
- My analytics: Customize your view and follow exactly what matters to you.
- All analytics: See all predefined tables and charts and select the ones you want to include in My analytics.
There are two ways of visualizing data in Analytics:
- Tables: Check totals or averages in a simple way.
- Charts: Compare historical data through time with line or bar charts.
