Hello, Web Chat our online chat solution is available for all of our customers by default. This channel has always been enabled by default but it was not previously clearly stated. No impact or change needed on your side.
We encourage you to take a look at to how you can Connect WebChat. All the changes between MCP and the Sinch Engage platform are compiled here.
