Hello, Roger!   Thank you for reaching out. If you are using a trial account, you may not yet have an account manager. I've reached out to the SMS team for information on how to create new Service Plans when using a trial account.   In the meantime, if you are having trouble reaching the link provided in the previous post (which is for the legacy Sinch Customer Dashboard), you can try using this one for the beta Sinch Customer Dashboard.
