Hi Chileung,   The total cost per request is presented in the price list, i.e. no other extra fees will be added on top. SMS Verification pricing is completely usage based and rates varies depending on market. Hi, There can be many reasons why an SMS may not be delivered: handset issue issue with the destination network due to a regulatory issue in the destination country. You can use the Sinch Customer Dashboard and our technical documentation to find out more information about why your SMS has not been delivered.
