The brand is the company generating and sending messaging content. The campaign is the use case, in other words what content is being sent and for what purpose.
If you are a messaging service provider selling messaging services to customers who use those services to send messages to their customers, you need to register as a CSP with TCR and once you have created your customer brands and campaigns in TCR you need to load them to Inteliquent, which we will cover in this video.

This video walks through how to provision your message enabled TNs to your TCR registered campaigns, so they are compliant with the A2P 10DLC program.
First you either need to load the brands and campaigns you created in your TCR CSP account to your Inteliquent account, or you need to create brands and campaigns under the Inteliquent TCR CSP account via the Inteliquent portal. Please see applicable videos for guidance.
Once the brands and campaigns are added to your Inteliquent account, you will need to submit modify TN orders to assign TNs to campaigns. This video shows you how to do just that.

Through the portal, all customers will have the ability to set their phone numbers and toll-free numbers as Do Not Originate.
Once activated, all customers will have the ability to set their telephone numbers as Do Not Originate. If they choose this, it will be set as such on our network and shared with the Somos database for DNO through other participating networks.
If you do not see this as an option, reach out to our Customer Success team to have it enabled.
Customers will also be able to turn this off via the portal. Timeframe for removal on our network will be within a couple of hours, timeframe across all participating companies using the Somos database could be up to 48 hours but will improve as Somos launches real-time.
This feature is managed in the Inteliquent Portal in the Telephone Numbers and Toll Free Numbers sections.
These can be modified in the appropriate section.
