On November 11, 2024, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Support is being added for the HP-Poly Edge E devices. This includes the HP-Poly Edge E 100, 220, 300/320/350, 400/450 and 500/550 phone models as well as the Edge E Expansion Module. The devices will be added to Partner Setup in Atlas where you can set your own pricing. Your costs for the devices will be shown in the Atlas portal. If you have existing Poly Edge E devices, those can now be fully supported through the Bring Your Own Device option. The devices can be added to sales orders and provisioned the same way as the current VVX x50 series of devices and support the same set of features in the Customer Administration Portal as the previous devices.
More information will be provided about the device features section at https://help.inteliquent.com/devices#hp-poly-edge-e-series.
When moving a user to a different location in Atlas, the notes pop-up on what will happen after the move will now include additional warnings for clarity about the following:
Updating the user’s 911 service
The extension being reset to a default in the new location
The extension will be removed from all hunt groups after the move.
A new branding color option is being added to Atlas Partner Setup to allow you to change the button colors.
The buttons are found in various places throughout the Customer Administration Portal including along the top bar.
Fixed an issue in Atlas where the CSV download for Features and Services was failing on customers with more than 1500 active services.
