Yes, you can specify the shortened URL or a full URL within the WhatsApp Business Message API call.
Notes:
- Sinch does not provide a URL shortening service.
- URLs in Message templates are only clickable for Officially Verified Businesses (an extra level of WhatsApp validation which gives you a green checkmark) or if the subscriber has added the Business API as a contact in their contact list.
