Yes, but this requires an additional manual process. As part of the onboarding process, Sinch will be required to ensure that the MSISDN is not already associated with a WhatsApp account. If it is, we’ll need to deprovision the number. Therefore, the entire process can take longer than it would to onboard a new MSISDN.
