You can quickly and easily set up call forwarding functionality in your Sinch Customer Dashboard.

 

In the Voice app in which you want to enable call forwarding, navigate to the app Settings and look in the Call forwarding section.

  1. To enable call forwarding on this app, select the Enabled option.
  2. The following options are available, depending on the desired behavior:
    • In the To field, enter the number to which you want to forward incoming calls in E.164 format.
    • In the From field, select the number you want to be shown as calling from. This effectively masks the incoming call.
    • If you want the incoming caller's number to be shown, select the Show caller's number option.
    • If you want a message to be played for incoming calls before the call is forwarded, select the Add voice message option.

      Enter the message you want to be played in the text field, and select the language you want to use in the drop-down.
  3. Click the Save button to save your changes.
