Phone Inventory Status

NOTE: The Yealink SIP-T54W inventory is now End of Sale. The Yealink SIP-T85W is the replacement device for the Yealink SIP-T54W and is available for ordering now. Orders for the SIP-T54W desk phones will not be fulfilled. Please update any outstanding orders you have using the SIP-T54W to the SIP-T85W.

Yealink has introduced their new series of desk phones - the Yealink T7 and T8 series phones. Voyant Solutions is supporting the T73U/W, T74U/W, T85W and T87W. These are available for ordering now. These devices are the updated versions of the T4 and T5-series Yealink phones and will be the primary desk phones going forward.

In Partner Setup, you'll begin to see updates on the default devices that appear for each seat type for the T4 and T5-series phones. Those will be updated with the equivalent T7 and T8-series phones.

End-of-Sale Notices:

The Yealink BT41 Bluetooth Dongle for the T4 Series is now End-of-Sale and will be removed from Altas for sales. There is no replacement for this for the T4 series.
The Yealink SIP-T54W has gone End-of-Sale. The Yealink SIP-T85W is the replacement phone.
Additionally, the Yealink W59R Rugged Handset for the W76P has gone End-of-Sale. The existing handsets are still supported. The replacement will be the Yealink W59R Pro Rugged Handset for the W76P. This handset will be supported in the next release expected towards the end of April. Some additional inventory of the W59R did arrive at our distributor, so this will be open again in Atlas for new orders until supplies run out.
HP-Poly is trimming their lineup and removing some of the model variations of their Edge E series phones to consolidate to a primary set of models. The following are End-of-Sale:
- Edge E500 PoE and Edge E500 w/Power Supply - the Edge E550 is the primary device now

NOTE: This notice is to inform you of a change in our pricing adjustment frequency. Due to the stabilization of market pricing, we will be making adjustments on a less frequent basis. The next scheduled price adjustment was implemented the week of February 16, 2026 and affected various devices with both price increases and decreases. Changes were applied to your partner pricing. If you have used the %markup tool, the markup was re-applied based on your markup percentage.

Note that items that are currently out of inventory will be listed here. If the item is not listed, it currently has inventory at the time you submit your sales order. If you wait a month before executing the Equipment Order task in your workflow (this is when equipment is actually ordered), check back here to make sure what you intended to order is still available.
