Overview of Hosted Seat Packages (Premium, Preferred, Primer, Sinch Calling with Webex Basic, Standard and Premium)

Sinch (previously Voyant) offers three standard hosted seat packages, each one with its own bundle of services. The table below shows the major differences in these bundles:

Premium and Preferred packages all come equipped with individual phone numbers (DIDs), E911 service, caller ID, 3-way calling, speed dial and call logs. 

Sinch Calling with Webex

In addition to the more traditional hosted seat packages, we now offer a seat calling package bundled with Cisco Webex for a full collaboration suite called Sinch Calling with Webex.

• Unlimited long distance is to lower 48 states. Calls to Hawaii and Alaska and calls within Hawaii and Alaska outside of their local area will incur usage charges.
• Add the Personal Conference Bridge product for additional cost to enable these features.
• Toll Free may include additional X cents/minute usage charges.
• Primer is not intended for a person. Primer is intended for a common area (lobby, kitchen, etc.) You may not transfer calls from a Primer seat.
