The following video shows you how to change extensions in the Customer Administration Portal:

 

 

Note: You must be logged in as an Administrator in order to change extensions.


Log into the Customer Administration Portal using the link provided by your provider.

 

  1. In the menu on the left, click on Location
  2. Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location
  3. Click on the Manage Phone System tab
  4. In search box in the upper right-hand corner, search by username or phone number
  5. In the Extension column on the far left, click on the extension link to change.

You can find the rules for extension numbering with the small (i) icon.

 

Note: You can change extensions on individual services, such as Hunt Groups, directly on the service itself.
