You can remove a passkey from your account at any time, for example if you are switching devices or want to start signing in with your password again.
To remove your passkey, take the following steps:
- Sign in to Sinch ID and select the Sign-in & Security option from the left menu. The Sign -in & Security page is displayed:

In the User Information section, under Passkey, click Remove.
- Sinch ID may ask you to verify your identity first. If you see an MFA challenge, complete it, for example, enter an SMS code. This only happens if your session needs to be re-verified before making security changes.
- The passkey is removed right away.
After removal
Your password and other sign-in methods still work. To add a passkey again, sign in with your password and follow the enrolment prompt.
