If you still need help contact your Sinch Account Manager. If your Account Manager is Online Team, to assist with failed messages on your Sinch Build account, reach out to onlineteam@sinch.com. When raising a ticket, please be sure to include sample message IDs, timestamps, and your Sinch account ID so we can help to solve the issue as promptly as we can.
