To find technical help for failed SMS, we recommend you first reference our Developer Documentation Portal where you can find helpful guidance and information. To look up error codes and for further troubleshooting please refer to the error codes section. 

 

In addition you can view our status page to check for any issues that may have been reported across the Sinch platform.

 

If you still need help contact your Sinch Account Manager. If your Account Manager is Online Team, to assist with failed messages on your Sinch Build account, reach out to onlineteam@sinch.com. When raising a ticket, please be sure to include sample message IDs, timestamps, and your Sinch account ID so we can help to solve the issue as promptly as we can.
