Text enabling your existing toll-free telephone number allows you to keep your number with your current carrier, while adding SMS service capabilities to that number via Sinch. When you text-enable your toll-free number with Sinch, your toll-free number will not be ported to Sinch, your voice service will stay with your current carrier.
To text-enable your toll-free number, you will need to complete a Letter of Authorization in the Sinch Customer Dashboard. Follow the steps here to get started: Hosted Messaging for US and Canada Numbers.
