As of April 15, 2025, the Legacy Sinch SDK (com.sinch.sdk-sms) for Java is no longer supported.
If you are a new Sinch customer and you wish to use a Java SDK for SMS, use the Unified Sinch SDK (com.sinch.sdk.sinch-sdk-java).
If you are an existing Sinch customer using the Legacy Sinch SDK, we encourage you to migrate to the Unified Sinch SDK as well.
Note: While the Legacy Sinch SDK for Java is planned for deprecation, there is currently no hard deadline for migration. The artifact will remain available for continued use. However, please note that no further updates (including API changes or bug fixes) will be provided for the Legacy Sinch SDK for Java. We recommend migrating to the Unified SDK to benefit from ongoing improvements and support.
For more information on the SMS features of the Unified Sinch SDK for Java, see the corresponding documentation:
The SDK is evolving constantly - you can find details of the latest available versions below:
Meeting Developer needs are important to Sinch. You have an opportunity to provide your honest feedback about your experience onboarding and using our SDK's through a short survey.T
There are fewer than 10 questions and the survey shouldn't take more than a few minutes to complete. All answers are anonymous unless you choose to add your name, email address and company name at the end of the survey.
Our goal is to provide an easy and frictionless experience. Thank you in advance for your time and feedback!
