Mobile Operators verify each RBM agent before granting them access to send messages to their subscribers. Brand verification is an integral part of this process, designed to prevent fraud, protect the end user and the brand itself. It also assists the end user in recognizing the validity of messages sent by the brand and helps to establish RBM as a trusted channel within the messaging eco system.
