A new virtual number product has been added specifically for Cloud Business Fax services. This product is used when a service is cancelled but you wish to retain the number, or you have spare numbers that you want to hold on your account that are not used for any services. The numbers will show in your portal in the new Cloud Fax Virtual Number section and are billed at a much lower rate.
Contact support if you would like to assign one of these numbers to a new service.
Improvements have been made to decrease the latency between when a fax is received and when it’s available in the Customer Administration Portal.
When updating the E911 address for a user, the main location map was not reflecting the updated location properly. This issue has been fixed.
