Does LINE have any opt-in requirements?

LINE does not have any opt-in requirements as it is not possible to send messages to LINE users unless they follow your Official Account or has sent a message to your Official Account. When a LINE user starts to follow your Official Account, you can push messages to the user at any time. If the user send a message without adding as a friend, you will be allowed to message them for the next 7 days.
