Hello, I submitted my request several days ago, but your team hasn’t contacted me yet. Our platform urgently needs SIP, and I’ve sent multiple emails without any response. Could you please expedite the process?

"Your upgrade request has been submitted. We will be in touch with next steps",Hello, I would like to know when the upgrade application will be approved.

It might take a couple of days before the upgrade is processed.
