I’ve been using Sinch's SMS API for a high-volume marketing campaign, but I’m encountering significant delivery delays when sending bulk messages. The delays are affecting the campaign’s effectiveness, as time-sensitive messages aren’t reaching customers promptly.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with high-volume SMS campaigns? Are there any settings or best practices within Sinch that could help mitigate these delays?

Thank you for you query Allene, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties using Sinch. The issue could be with your TPS. TPS stands for Transactions Per Second and measures the amount of messages that can be sent through your account in a given time frame. A low TPS could make it difficult to send a high volume of messages quickly.
As a next step, we would recommend you raise a ticket with the support team to confirm that low TPS is causing the issue.
