You can make it mandatory for agents to add at least one note to a conversation before ending it.
To make notes mandatory:
- Go to Conversations > Settings and select the Notes tab.
- Turn on the Notes are mandatory when ending conversations switch just above the table. Now agents will not be able to end a conversation without first adding a note to it.
