One of the primary advantages of both Sinch Chat and Sinch Push is their ease-of-integration with each other and other solutions, including (and especially) other Sinch products.

For example, Sinch Chat:

  • Integrates natively with Sinch Contact Pro

  • Integrates with any contact center platforms that utilize Conversation API's endpoints and webhooks.

  • Integrates natively with Agent Builder

  • Integrates with any bot platform that connects through Conversation API. If you have an existing bot, Sinch Chat can route to it rather than requiring you to rebuild your solution.

The Sinch SDK supports web, iOS, Android, and React Native. Sinch Chat and Sinch Push are delivered through the same unified SDK, so a single integration covers both products across all supported surfaces.

With that in mind, a typical pilot integration takes two to four weeks with one engineer for SDK installation and basic configuration. Full production deployment, including contact center and bot integration, usually runs six to ten weeks.

Note: Because Chat and Push share the same SDK, deploying both together does NOT double the timeline.

During the integration process, you may customize the look and feel of your Sinch Chat widgetThe SDK provides full theming control over colors, fonts, layout, positioning, and language. Most customers configure the widget to match their existing brand and product design without writing custom UI code.

Finally, you may wish to conduct A/B testing on your campaigns. Both products support multi-variant delivery and audience segmentation. For full experimentation infrastructure, most customers connect Sinch to their existing customer data platform or analytics tool to manage experiment design and reporting.
