Yes, you can add custom keywords to the existing opt-in and opt-out keyword list used by the consent management functionality.

 

Both auto-replies and trigger keywords have defaults for the English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages. The defaults are described below:

After enabling consent management, it is also possible to customize the keywords and auto-replies used for consent management.

 

To customize the keywords and auto-replies used for consent management:

 

  1. Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Apps tab under Conversation API. The Conversation apps page is displayed:

  3. Click the Conversation API app on which consent management has been activated. Then, navigate to the Consent Management section and click Edit consent management:

  4. The customization's list can be seen next to consent management settings. To create a new customization, click CREATE NEW:

  5. Select the language for which you are defining keywords and messages from the Language drop-down list:

  6. After selecting a language, populate the form with the required information:
