Yes, you can add custom keywords to the existing opt-in and opt-out keyword list used by the consent management functionality.
Both auto-replies and trigger keywords have defaults for the English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages. The defaults are described below:

To customize the keywords and auto-replies used for consent management:
Navigate to the Apps tab under Conversation API. The Conversation apps page is displayed:
Click the Conversation API app on which consent management has been activated. Then, navigate to the Consent Management section and click Edit consent management:
