The SMS channel supports Rich landing pages. Refer to the article: How to create a good SMS campaign with a rich landing page? to learn more.
Currently, you cannot add Rich landing pages using the MMS or any of the other channels available on Campaigns. However, this is a feature which will be supported in future versions of the product.
