No. 10DLC only applies to long codes. TFN are not impacted.
TFN's have their own specific uses and capabilities whereby you may choose a TFN over a 10DLC number. For example: TFN supports handset delivery receipts for all North American carriers, except for Bell Canada. The provisioning process is also somewhat easier then 10DLC, thus TFN is often a sought after solution, over 10DLC.
