It looks like perhaps there's something going on with the dashboard at the moment, so you may give it some time and try again later. If you still want to try to test the API now and see if you can make calls, I would try one of the Voice getting started guides I mentioned earlier, and hopefully you might get a more helpful error message that we can troubleshoot. Otherwise, I would suggest raising a support ticket to get more help with the dashboard.
