Thanks for your questions. Regarding AJO integration, I'd expect the issue there is that your account is in "test" state meaning that you can only send a pre-defined "test" message and not free form text that AJO would be triggering. Adding funds to the account will lift that "test" state. If you have further issues on that aspect, support@sinch.com are there to help you.
Regarding your second question, You can absolutely use WhatsApp as one of many channels supported by our Omni-channel Conversation API.
