To access Voice analytics, take the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard.

  2. Select the Analytics option from the Voice and Video menu in the left panel. The Analytics page is displayed:

    This page displays the metrics for all your calls.

  3. The country field allows you to view analytics for all countries or for the specified country.

  4. The applications field allows you to view analytics for all your applications or the selected application.

  5. The Call types field allows you view analytics for the different call types:

    PSTN Origination - Calls to your Sinch Voice apps that originated from the telephone network.
    PSTN Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to the telephone network.
    App Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to an application.

  6. The date field allows you to specify the date range that you want to view analytics for.
