Email changes within Vitelity system
As part of our ongoing enhancements project, beginning Wednesday, February 17th through Friday, February 19th, 2021, our team will be make changes to standardize outgoing emails. This is being done so we can provide a more secure and streamlined methods of communication within the Vitelity application. In general, emails from the various processes will be consolidated with “from email id” as “[email protected]". Certain white label features, such as generation and distribution of invoices and CDRs will remain unchanged.
