How to Set Up Vitelity Voice Mail

What the video to learn how to setup new voicemail for Vitelity:

Step 1 - Create the new VM box

1. Log into the user portal http://portal.vitelity.net
2. Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
3. Choose My Numbers
4. Choose Voicemail
5. Click on New VM Account
6. Fill in the appropriate details and select Create.
   
   

Step 2 - Assign VM to a DID

1. Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
2. Choose My Numbers, click on Action menu
3. Choose Voicemail, choose a new vm box
4. Choose the number of rings before reaching voicemail
5. Click Save.
   
   

Step 3 - Access VM settings

1. Go to My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
2. Choose My Numbers
3. Choose Voicemail
4. Click the link View Instructions
5. Click on Help checking voicemail via the telephone
6. Follow steps listed here to access voicemail box.
