Log into the Customer Administration Portal at vip.anpi.com
- In the menu on the left, click on Location
- Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location menu item
- Click on the Manage Phone System tab
- Locate the user with the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the Locations window
- Once the user is located, in the Action column, click the green Edit button
- In the Manage Settings pop-up that appears, click the Messaging tab
- Next, click the Voice Portal link
- To the far right of the Voicemail Pass Code, enter a new Voicemail passcode
