Each Engage account has one or more projects, used to separate concerns between teams or interests. Having multiple projects can be useful for companies with e.g. multiple brands, independent units, or content in a variety of languages.
Each project has its own separated set of applications, data and configuration settings. Users and skills are managed on an account level and are shared across different projects. A user has access to one or more projects.
To move between different projects, use the Project switcher in the top left corner:
