The following are some best practices for sending MT traffic using Sinch:

• The SenderID should be at least 3 characters, and a maximum of 11 characters for alphanumeric and 18 for numeric senderIDs.
• Do not use any first names as your senderID, such as "Karen", "Anna" etc.
• Check our https://dashboard.sinch.com/sms/country-information page if there is a need for pre-registration, or regulations that need to be followed.
• Avoid using the word(s) "Test", "Testing" in your content and senderID.
• Configure your platform to match the SMS throughput set by Sinch on your account - this information will be shared by your Sinch Account Manager.
