The Customer Management Portal enables Digital Interconnect customers to create and manage campaign requests for their short codes and to raise support tickets using the Enterprise Messaging Support Ticket tool.

 

A SAP Digital Interconnect administrator will provide customers with access to the Customer Management Portal.
