Admins can now see and assist with users 2FA status

Customer Portal Admins can now see which users have 2FA (2 factor authentication) enabled or disabled. If a user has it enabled, the delete icon can be used by the Admin to assist a user that may have trouble logging in using 2FA. This might occur if a user got a new mobile phone and needs to setup 2FA again for example. Simply delete the user's configuration and the user can log back in with their username/password and redo their 2FA setup.
