Product changes and fixes for Atlas
On Nov 4 2026, additional updates and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Updates
When ordering numbers in Service Orders and Add Numbers, NPA-NXX can now be specified
When processing a Service Order, numbers could be ordered from specific states and rate centers. An additional option has been added to also narrow the search by NPA-NXX for rate centers that have multiple ranges. The NPA-NXX search has also been added to the Add Numbers option in DID Management.
