Product changes and fixes for Atlas
On May 21, 2026, additional fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Updates
Numbers that were originally ported in will now remain in the DID Management list
When a number is swapped out or on a service that is cancelled, the number will now be checked to see if it was originally ported in. If so, the number will not be moved to the Restore list and returned. Instead, the Retain/Portout/None options should be offered where None is the default Aging option.
